The old fishing village Rovanjska is situated on the edge of the Velebit channel, in a bay where the crystal-clear blue sea and the mountain Velebit meet. And exactly there is this family pension with 10 rooms and 2 apartments located. Only 40 m away from the beach as well as from the village center this location offers the possibility to reach on foot all daily facilities. The house is on a estate of 2000 square meters and provides a generous parking space and partly roofed terraces/balconies with a sea view. The house owners own a pleasant small restaurant in the dalmatian style where the guests can partly serve themselves with beverages, which leads to a special kind of trust and friendship between the guests and the house owner. In the proximity are 5 national parks (Paklenica, Kornati, North Velebit, the Krka waterfalls and the Plitvice lakes), 3 nature parks (Telascica, Velebit and lake Vransko) and the river Zrmanja, which is outstandingly suitable for rafting. Nearby the locality Modra is a cave (blue cave), which is interesting for cave researchers. This place is ideal for a calm family holiday as well as for trips into the beautiful surroundings or to Zadar (which is around 30 km away).
