Extra Costs
10% supplement for stay shorter than 2 days (06.04.-12.05.12.).
15% supplement for stay shorter than 3 days (12.05.-16.06.12.; 08.09.-30.09.12.).
20% supplement for stay shorter than 5 days (16.06.-07.07.12.; 25.08.-08.09.12.).
25% supplement for stay shorter than 7 days (07.07.-25.08.12.).
Parking (only from 01.07.-31.08.): 2 € per day, payment on spot.
Supplement for swimming pool in Wellness & Spa center in Solaris: 2 € per person.
Extra Services
Apartments are cleaned before the guests arrive and after they leave the house. The electricity, water, towels, bed linen, cleaning detergents and tea towels are already charged in the price.
Hand towels are changed every day, bed linen twice a week.
