This beautiful semi-detached villa is located in a tranquil setting, about 2 km from Opatija, which abounds in restaurants, shops and cafes and is also located near the Nature Park Učka. We also recommend excursions to the islands of the Kvarner Bay (Krk, Cres, Rab, ...) and Istria to the coast and inland, which has numerous attractions. There are premium vineyards, as well as sites known for famous Istrian truffles. Facilities: Villa (512 m2) is newly built and furnished and fully air-conditioned. Villa has its own spacious garden which is dominated by the large swimming pool (50 m2) with outdoor shower, sunbathing area and rest, covered gazebo with barbecue. Villa has an alarm and video surveillance, and is located in tranquil setting near the beautiful Opatija. Guests can use wireless Internet (WLAN) which is included in the price. Guests can also freely use tennis court at the whole staying period and the hydro pool ( only the period from June 15 to September 15, 2011. hydro pool not available for Villa Lorena).
