This beautiful semi-detached villa is located in a tranquil setting, about 2 km from Opatija, which abounds in restaurants, shops and cafes and is also located near the Nature Park Učka. We also recommend excursions to the islands of the Kvarner Bay (Krk, Cres, Rab, ...) and Istria to the coast and inland, which has numerous attractions. There are premium vineyards, as well as sites known for famous Istrian truffles.
Facilities: Villa (362 m2) is newly built and furnished and fully air-conditioned. Villa has its own spacious garden which is dominated by the large swimming pool (32 m2) with outdoor shower, sunbathing area and rest, covered gazebo with barbecue. In the period up to 01.05. and after 01.10. the pool is covered. The pool is heated during the whole year. The water temperature of 28 to 30 degrees. For higher temperature should be supplemented. Villa has an alarm and video surveillance, and is located in tranquil setting near the beautiful Opatija. Guests can use wireless Internet (WLAN) which is included in the price. Guests can also freely use tennis court, hydro pool and sauna are at no extra cost in period till 01.05. and from 01.10. (from 01.05. - 01.10., using of these services is charged).

House also offers billiards, table football and table tennis.
