Country House Lucija - Labin-Tomovi

This beautiful stone vacation house is built in the Istrian traditional style and it's situated in a small romantic village Tomovi, not far from Labin. Tomovi is a small village with only few inhabitants and because of that the guests can enjoy their vacation in peace and relaxed atmosphere. The house is surrounded with untouched nature, forests and lawns and provide a fantastic forest and greenery view. The estate is around 4 hectares large, enclosed with stone wall on which grape wine, figs, cherry, kiwi and various decorative vegetation is grown. Size of this vacation house is 65 sq m. Special attention is dedicated to every single detail so guests can be pleased and feel totally relaxed. The house disposes with a separated entrance and 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with a sleeping couch, bathroom with shower. It's equipped with SAT-TV, air-condition and a washing machine. Uncovered and covered terraces invite You to spend some relaxed moments on them. The host lives in a neighbouring house and is at the guests disposal for all questions they might have. Town Labin is only 7 km away and easily reachable by car. There you can shop and drink coffee in a pleasant atmosphere of this old town. The old core of this town is a recommended destination which you can't miss. Rich cultural heritage provides many cultural monuments, for example the church from 1336. built on the groundwork of the church from 11th century, the museum...Small town Rabac, which is well-know as a pearl of the Kvarner bay, is only 12 km away. There you can find countless beaches with a crystal clean sea. Here you will also find many sport facilities.
