This house is situated in a well-kept and peaceful side street in Potocnica, near Novalja. It's located not far from the center or the beach, everything can be easily reached on foot.The apartments were built in 1996. All acquirements of the coastal and island architecture were used while building this wonderful cascade house.Spacious and nicely decorated apartments are suitable for 2-6 people and offer everything you need for a relaxing vacation.The apartments with their arches and romantic terraces offer a real summer atmosphere.The house disposes with a private outdoor swimming pool, swimming pool for children, restaurant, bar, garage, parking space and a renting boat.The house is only few steps away from the center of Potocnica, where you can find a lot of facilities like restaurants and taverns with a great selection of the famous Pag cheese, homemade smoked ham, wine and sea food specialties.

The house is cleaned before the guests arrive and after they leave the house. The electricity, water, linen, cleaning detergents and cuisine mops are already charged in the price. Please bring your own towels.
